Motherboard repair or replacement (RMA)
If the problem persists after all attempts of component replacement, then the motherboard may require repair or replacement. The motherboard can be repaired or replaced if it is within the warranty period of your reseller and/or with BCM Advanced Research. Check your reseller for its warranty and exchange policies. Please note that BCM Advanced Research can not be held responsible for a warranty period set by the reseller when it EXCEEDS the warranty guild lines set by BCM Advanced Research (one year from the date of manufacture). If your reseller is out of business or no longer support the motherboard, BCM Advanced Research will accept a direct RMA with the Original Purchase Invoice. 6th and 7th digits = Year (98 = 1998),
8th and 9th digits = Week (45 = 45th week of that year),
10th = Internal Control Code,
11th - 15th digits = Serial Number.

Motherboard quantity
Problem description
Your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address
The Original Invoice with name and location of purchase
