Use of Hardware Disclaimer
1. This BCM industrial motherboard or SBC  should not be used in applications where the highest level of safety and reliability are required and module failure or malfunction of such module results in physical harm or loss of life, as well as enormous damage or loss. Such fields of applications include, without limitation, medical, aerospace, communications infrastructure, atomic energy control. BCM expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting in any way to the use of the module in such applications.

2. Customer agrees to indemnity, defend and hold BCM harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, damages, liabilities, awards, costs, and expenses, including legal expenses, resulting from or arising out of Customer's use, or sale for use, or BCM modules in applications.

To users of BCM Advanced Research website: BCM Advanced Research ("BCM") does not warrant the files (including any fixes and updates) provided in the download section(s) of the BCM Advanced Research website. All files available for download from the website are provided "as is". The drivers provided for download on BCM's website are the latest ones that have been validated by BCM. For any given hardware component, newer drivers may exist on the respective manufacturer's website. Please note that BCM has not validated any drivers directly downloaded from any other 3rd party website, and can therefore make no representations as to their effectiveness, stability, appropriateness or safety. If you wish to download and install any non-validated driver, BCM strongly recommends that you make a backup of your current working configuration so that you have some ability to return to a known working state if the new driver fails to function properly or causes system problems. Any problems encountered with non-validated drivers should be addresses to the respective manufacturer(s) - BCM will not have information on any non-validated drivers.
